Code Of Conduct

Respect

As a member of the Towsontowne Clippers, you will be expected to have an overall respect for the game, teammates, coaches, referees, opposing teams and sideline spectators.  This expectation includes all representation of Towsontowne Soccer in any capacity.  

Conduct

Be committed to the organization and represent themselves in a way that reflects positively on the Towsontowne Soccer. 

Development

Players will be modeled into youth leaders and better individuals, on and off the field.  Leadership, teamwork, and selflessness will be emphasized during team meetings, practices and game situations.  

Passion

We want our players to be challenged by the game and have a drive to succeed.  Motivation and continued exploration of the sport is just the beginning.

Teamwork 

We play for each other.  We are stronger and better as a team when we all contribute to a common goal. We believe that teamwork enables us to do extraordinary things.

Commitment

Respect others time, opinions and their interest.  Be punctual for meeting/practices and adhere to time slots provided.  

Integrity

Obey the rules of the game and always stress fair and honest play. 

Values

Towsontowne Soccer shall be held to a high standard of practices.  Honesty, unbiased decision making, and an unprejudiced work and training environment shall be the standards of our organization.  

Communication

Our goal is to have practices and games be positive experiences for our players.  Constructive criticism and teaching moments will be emphasized to further push player development.  Providing feedback will improve player and team performance and build confidence.

Accountability

Each member shall be responsible for his or her own actions.
